At Fundiciones Nardo, we’ve become renowned for our wide catalog of services ranging from design solutions, modifications and product improvement, bolstered by our casting and strength simulators that guarantee the outcome of our work and clients’ products.
We offer machined and painted products made to the highest quality standard.
We also provide dimensional reports on models, casting and machining.
Additionally, we have a heat treatments department that can offer different alternatives for the materials we produce.
MACHINING FOR CASTED PRODUCTS
Nardo has a number of different tools we use for our services, such as CNC vertical mill, lathe and milling machine. Likewise, we possess a wide range of conventional tools of different capacities to machine pieces ranging from diameters of 1 inch up to 60 inches, and lengths from 10 cm up to 2 m.
We offer certificated dimensional reports of our work, as well as CMM (Faro arm).

CASTING PATTERN PRODUCTION
We have a department dedicated to both conventional and 3D production models. Nardo has the capacity in our machining facilities to handle pieces of up to 36” in diameter and of lengths up to 1 m.
We work using wood, aluminum and styropor patterns, the latter being used to produce one-time manufacturing pieces.

LABORATORIES
Nardo is equipped with sand testing laboratories to guarantee the highest quality for all of our models, in addition to our chemical, metallographic and mechanical laboratories.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT
We have a scanner (Faro) to provide reverse engineering services on field and within our facilities.
We offer measurements and reports of our products via CMM equipment (Faro), as well as simulation of gating systems and liquid metal behaviors to guarantee optimal casting parameters and produce pieces free from casting defects.
A strength simulator is also used for the fabricated materials in pre established designs.
